Dr.R.K.Suri is a former Director of the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, New Delhi. He has more than forty years of experience in research and teaching in Forestry, Environment Impact Assessment & Monitoring, Pollution Control, Hazards and Risk Assessment   Safety and Environmental Health, Education and Awareness. His contribution in teaching and research has been well recognized nationally and internationally and his research has resulted in over 125 technical papers and guided the research work of seven students leading to the award of Ph.D. degree.

Dr.Suri .has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Dr. A. Purushottam Silver Medal for outstanding work in Forest Sciences in 1982 and Gold Medal from Essential Oils Association of India in1992 for best paper published in Indian Perfumer in 1991. He is also a recipient of the Greentech Environment Champion Award 2014.

Dr.Suri has Edited/Authored 19 noteworthy books related to forestry and environment and his book entitled “Shore Machaye Shore” in Hindi was awarded cash prize of Rs.15, 000/- by the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, New Delhi in 1998.

Dr.Suri has had an ongoing interest in environmental education and awareness and has been instrumental in developing environmental quizzes and a fun game Green Tambola (Housie) which is a tool for sensitizing public and dissemination of information on environmental matters to the society.

He is a member of several noteworthy Scientific Societies/Associations like National Academy of Sciences, Allahabad; Indian Chemical Society, Calcutta; Oil Technologists Association of India, Kanpur; Essential Oils Association of India, Kanpur; Society of Indian Forester, Dehradun; Society for Forest & Environmental Management, New Delhi; and Society of Biological Chemists, Bangalore. and recently inducted as a Senior Member of Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors(IRED)Hong Kong,.

Pankaj Batra did his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Systems Management, Diploma in Financial Management and Diploma in Public Speaking. He is currently Project Director, USAID’s SARI/EI program being implemented by IRADe, a reputed think tank in Asia, dealing in all aspects of promoting cross border trading in energy in South Asia. He was earlier Chairperson and CEO of the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Government of India, responsible for overall development of the Indian power system. He was also the Member (Planning) of CEA, dealing with various policy and planning functions in the power sector. He has worked in the Western Regional Load Despatch Centre as a System Operator. He was also responsible for operation and maintenance of Power House, Switchyard and Dam in Chukha Hydro Power Corporation in Bhutan and later for the transmission and distribution system of Bhutan. He has worked as Chief (Engineering) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, formulating various Regulations.

He is presently theChairperson of Working Group 4 on “Policy, Regulation and Business Models” in the India Smart Grid Forum; Chairperson of the BIS Committee ETD 52 for making technical Standards on Grid Scale Storage; Chairperson of the LITD 10 Sectional Committee of BIS on‘Power System Control and Associated Communications’.

Mr. Chandrashekhar is a Graduate and Post Graduate from IIT – BHU specializing in Electrical Machines.

As an advisory member of CEE, he brings with him, more than 4 decades of experience in the field of managing the IPP / IWPP including its development, implementation, Operation & Maintenance both in Indian and internationally.

He has been the member of the Board with BGR Energy System Limited and Maithon Power Limited, a JV of Tata Power & DVC. He was also the Executive Director and CEO of MPL and played a pivotal role in transforming the station to one of the best operating stations with a robust P&L.

Prior to this assignment, He has served Reliance Power Limited, GDF Suez MEA at UAE, Power & Utilities Company at KSA, Tata Power, Essar Power and NTPC in the capacity of Chief Project Director / Construction Director / Project Director / Head of O&M.

Other than Power plant, He has also been the Project In-charge for organization like National Fertilizers and Mangalore Refinery.
Consequent to his retirement from active services, Mr. Chandrashekhar is currently an advisor to Star Thermal Private Limited. He was also an advisor to Samsung C&T, SPCL , Wabag VA Tech and Tata Power.

Dinesh Kumar has about 44 years’ experience in the field. His educational qualifications are B.Tech (Mech.) and MBA from FMS (DU) with Finance as his major.He started his career at SAIL – Durgapur and after working for Ten years switched over to NTPC in 1982 and was instrumental in architecting and executing IT and communication infrastructure and software applications. SAP implementation in 2007 at NTPC was considered to be the largest and most comprehensive implementation in India at that time, also integrating all equipment , sensors etc to show one view of NTPC was also a unique project implemented successfully.

After superannuation from NTPC in 2010 in October he joined Bajaj Group as President and CIO and initiated several technological advancements such as implementation of SAP, tele-presence, etc. Since 2014 he worked as CIO at Bajaj Group and Wave Infratech till July 2015. After that he is continuing at Wave Group, and apart from IT and communications, he is involved in implementation of the ‘Smart City’ concept, SAP, CRM and Digital Marketing etc., at Wave Group.

Mr J.S.Kamyotrais an Environment Expert and an alumni of Delhi College Of Engineering. He has been the Member Secretary of Central Pollution Control Board, the country’s premier environment decision making body, for 5 years

Mr. Kamyotra has more than 40 years experience working in policy formulation, development of environmental standards, establishment of  real time monitoring networks in the areas of  air quality, water and noise pollution.

Mr. Kamyotra has been a member of various National Policy Planning Committees and various environmental committees constituted by the Honorable Supreme Court and the National Green Tribunal. He has a number of publications to his credit He has been the country’s representative in various international conferences and committees focusing on sustainable development in developing countries particulary ASEAN and the SAARC region.

He is a member of Asia Pacific Clean Air Programme (APCAP), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) Committee on Standard Development and Facilitator for Male Declaration. He has travelled widely both in India and abroad, coordinating various  bilateral programmes and projects to assess the mitigative technologies available that can be successfully imbibed in developing countries, such as India.Technical Expert (Air Pollution & Administrative Matters) Punjab Pollution Control Board  and  other Organisations.
