Registration:

The online registration confirmation sent by the participant company shall be considered final confirmed registration, and the participant shall be obligated to pay the applicable fee for the respective event. Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. Following receipt of your registration, an invoice will be sent, followed by a payment confirmation upon receipt of full payment. If the full payment is not received by the deadline, the registration will be considered invalid; however, the due fee will be increased based on the payment period (early/regular/on site).

The registration fee for delegate includes admission to all conference sessions, Gala / Cocktails, the exhibition area, the networking lunch/dinner/both and delegate kit, provided there is sufficient seating available.

Family members will be denied access to the conference and exhibition areas. They must be associated with a regular delegate. Children's parents/guardians agree to assume full responsibility for them while at the conference site or a networking event.

The conference organisers cannot guarantee that late registrations will receive a delegate kit and other conference materials. On-site distribution of all conference materials will take place.

The Council of Enviro Excellence cannot guarantee that a delegate kit and other conference materials will be available for late registrations. All conference materials will be distributed on-site.

Receipt:

A registration confirmation receipt will be sent by email after completing the online registration. Delegates may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.

Payment Policy:

All payments for our event registrations must be made in full within the stipulated time as mentioned on the invoice. By making a payment, you agree to our terms and conditions, including this Payment Policy.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

All invoices will be raised with 18% GST as applicable under the prevailing laws. GST details must be provided at the time of registration for proper invoicing.

If applicable, any TDS deducted must be as per the Income Tax Act. A TDS certificate should be shared with us within the stipulated time to reconcile the payment.

Payment is due as per the terms mentioned in the invoice.

Delay in payment may result in cancellation of your registration.

A confirmation email/receipt will be sent once your payment is successfully received and processed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

You are only qualified for a reimbursement if the event is formally cancelled by our end. In such cases, you are entitled to the full refund amount, including taxes, which will be refunded to your account within 15 working days.

If you cannot attend an event, you may nominate a substitute participant from your organization at no additional cost, provided we are informed in writing at least 3 working days before the event.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 3 working days before the event.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our finance team at finance@ceexcellence.org

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We gather information from you in the following ways: when you register as a delegate/award/speaker, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain other site features.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only with Event partners/sponsors, but only with your prior consent
